I have worked with Deb for almost ten years, and she has always maintained the same customer-focused approach……responsive, friendly and solutions-oriented.  I had never previously worked with Great Plains – nor had any formal training - but Deb has been very patient in helping me as a beginner GP user while at the same time coaching me to the point where I can perform most GP tasks independently.  Several years ago I wanted to create a departmental-level P+L, and with limited guidance from me, she quickly created the template that we still use today, with very few “tweaks” from the original format.
